Welcome to the new year!
Isn't this the cutest picture? She's obviously ready to celebrate whatever's coming her way. Like the anticipation expressed by this 'Vogue-worthy' little girl, 2011 is sure to be a beautiful surprise. I just know it. I can't exactly see what's coming but I'm confident it'll be something to celebrate {in totally chic-style, of course}.
