Suddenly Feeling Exposed...

I can't help but keep a dreamy-eyed gaze on all of the coveted looks for spring. With all of this frigid weather (VERY unusual for MIA), I find myself often longingly browsing the season's collections. One trend that's shaping up to be quite interesting is the nude, suede sandal. This strong shoe is a great addition to the huge tribal trend. Pair it with a simple tank dress, throw on a classic denim jacket (for a bit of cover), and you'll be stepping out decently exposed every time.

Raspberries and Cream...Mmmmm

I am absolutely LOVING this color combination for spring. So fresh, so pretty, and so...well...girly.
On an otherwise blank canvas, raspberry will have you swooning for seconds. Botega Veneta definitely served it up deliciously.

Sweet as a raspberry tart - sans the sugar or calories. Enjoy!

A clean slate

Ahhhh, 2009...the financial meltdown, housing bust and the Wall Street crisis left us with a grand-daddy of a hang over and desire to start over. Designers echoed that sentiment by sending waves of white and shades of cream down the runway for spring. Even accessories made of lucite appeared in necklaces, clutches and wedges gently encouraging us to simplify and live a life of complete transparency.

As we begin 2010 let these beautiful spring looks inspire you. Here's to your beautiful blank canvas.

Happy New Year!
