Rompers, shoes and wine - a perfect combination

Along with the renovation and street-scape projects in Miami’s mid-town district are a crop of can’t miss boutiques. Last week, I received an invite to Stella Boutique’s wine, cheese and shop – what the owner’s calls Miami’s only Shopping Happy Hour.

Stella Boutique features a mix of easy separates like shorts and tees and all of the season’s must-have mini and maxi dresses. An eclectic mix of jewelry from beaded necklaces and stone adorned bib pieces were available along with a few of the hottest summer platforms and gladiator style sandals.

Going on a trip to the Caribbean or hitting the club circuit? A selection of rompers, jewelry and handbags awaits you along with the friendly and gracious hostess and owner, Danielle Fraser.

If you happen to be in Miami stop by Stella’s Boutique located at 275 NW 18th Street #804 in Miami – a midtown oasis.

Suddenly Feeling Exposed...

I can't help but keep a dreamy-eyed gaze on all of the coveted looks for spring. With all of this frigid weather (VERY unusual for MIA), I find myself often longingly browsing the season's collections. One trend that's shaping up to be quite interesting is the nude, suede sandal. This strong shoe is a great addition to the huge tribal trend. Pair it with a simple tank dress, throw on a classic denim jacket (for a bit of cover), and you'll be stepping out decently exposed every time.
